Michele Puzzanchera, M.A. works with nonprofits in the areas of outcomes measurement, planning, and report writing. As an evaluation specialist in county government and a university she focused on evaluations of child welfare, early education, juvenile delinquency, and substance abuse treatment programs. She also worked for Pressley Ridge in the areas of program market research, grants coordination and business development. 

As a consultant she has collaborated with colleagues on projects including the evaluations of a multi-year arts initiative, health education programming, and an early learning vocabulary initiative, as well as strategic planning for a child care organization and municipal library. She has also worked with local nonprofits on measurement strategies, grant reports, and content for training materials.

Michele has recently provided training and technical assistance to human services professionals on outcomes measurement, survey design, and reporting. She was a presenter at the 2017 Association of Fundraising Professionals Emerging Philanthropy Conference in Pittsburgh, PA and at the 2018 Pennsylvania Library Association Conference in Harrisburg, PA.
